We were pampered like kings and queens. The service was excellent, the food five-star, the rooms spotlessly clean and with all the necessary amenities. The icing on the cake was our guide, Nadia, who was fantastic!

Honestly, I can't find even the slightest flaw... all the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean, the cuisine truly worthy of a starred restaurant, the wellness area is super welcoming... and then there's never a lack of a smile and a kind word for the guests...a hotel where you feel "at home".
